A: While we cannot give you an exact time interval, because there are lots of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our very best to move your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t need any private info. We’ll need, however, the login info for your present hosting account along with the name of the website that you wish to transfer.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share practically the same details you have provided to your current web host. Essentially, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
